my guess is you're discussing political things which she completely disagrees with and she can't believe you'd be naive in your opinions!
or you offered to leave her alone for a couple hours while you two go on a date and figured leaving some animal crackers on the floor in case she got hungry would be a good idea. and she's thinking, ANIMAL CRACKERS? please! what about some PEAS?
I was going to say the answer was "breathing", but yours are much funner. And I know for a fact that she approves of peas being left on the floor for snacking on later. Ick.

I was looking at Brew and Shelley's blog and found a link to your guys- glad to see you're all doing well. :) We're still planning on doing the bbq on Aug 23rd like I mentioned at Tory's wedding so hopefully you guys will be able to make it, details to come later.
Rebe! Glad you found us! :) We've had the 23rd marked on our calendar ever since Tory's wedding. It was so fun to see you guys again--we're reeeeeally hoping Regis will be able to get that day off so we can come up.
You just told her that Barney is not a dinosaur from her imagination, but is, in fact, a goofy guy in a purple dinosaur costume. I think you should wait a while before telling her about Santa Clause.
